Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s SSP Shahzeb Chachar has formed a 4-member inquiry committee to investigate murder of Hindu trader Naresh Kumar Kohrani whose bullet riddled dead body was found on Friday night from the limits of Tando Yousuf police station.
The police spokesman informed here on Saturday that DSP Baldia Zahoor Soomro would head the probe assisted by DSP SITE Sanober Khoso and SHOs of Market and Tando Yousuf Tando Yousuf police stations.
According to him, Kohrani’s body was found from his Suzuki Alto car in the Tando Yousuf area.The body was later shifted to Liaquat University Hospital (LUH) for postmortem.
The police are yet to register the incident’s FIR but the initial statement of the slain person’s father, Esardas Kohrani, has been taken.The slain person was a trader of grains and seeds.
