QUETTA:A shutter-down strike was observed in respective areas of Balochistan against the incident of Mastung on Sunday which
left 55 people martyred and several injured.
The strike observed in Quetta, Mastung, Ziarat, Kalat and other cities and towns of Balochistan, all main markets, and centers remained closed in respective areas during the strike.
Rallies were also taken against the Mastung incident and strongly condemned it and demanded the provincial government to take all possible measures to arrest those elements involved in the tragedy to bring them to justice soon.
However, after the incident, the provincial caretaker government announced three days of mourning in the province.
