LAHORE: SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry former president Iftikhar Ali Malik has said success is a multifaceted achievement that is deeply rooted in character, commitment, continuity, consistency, connectivity, creativity, courage, and caliber to achieve accomplishments in life.
Speaking to a delegation of students, led by Ms. Sana Abdullah Arain, here on Sunday, the South Asian trade leader related his success story to the delegation members. He emphasised that he practised essential elements in trade politics throughout his career, highlighting their crucial role not only in achieving success but also in sustaining it over time.
He said creativity brings innovation and new perspectives, driving progress and keeping one ahead of the competition. It involves thinking outside the box and finding unique solutions to challenges. Courage complements creativity, as it takes bravery to take risks and venture into uncharted territories. Without courage, even the most creative ideas might never see the light
of day, he added.
Iftikhar Ali Malik said connectivity and consistency are the twin pillars that ensure sustained success which involves the persistent effort and long-term focus necessary to achieve lasting results. Consistency, on the other hand, pertains to maintaining a steady and reliable performance over time.

The students were impressed that Iftikhar Ali Malik never ever availed any single penny perks, traveling and lodging facilities etc from FPCCI, LCCI, SAARC Chamber, NBP any trade body and government and paid all expenses from his pocket.
