ISLAMABAD:The Sub-Committee of the Federal Cabinet on Exit Control List (ECL), on the recommendations of law enforcement agencies, recommended to the caretaker cabinet to include seventeen names in the list.
The Committee met on Thursday in the Ministry of Interior which was attended by Caretaker Minister for Interior Sarfraz Bugti and Caretaker Minister for Railway and Communications Shahid Ashraf Tarrad.
Officials from different law enforcement agencies, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Law also attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed cases of different natures regarding Exit Control List (ECL) and recommended to the caretaker Federal Cabinet to include seventeen names in the list.
The Committee also recommended the Cabinet to remove seven names from the list whereas the Committee also recommended to exclude five names out of the multiple review appeals.
The recommendations will be presented to the interim federal cabinet for final approval.
