ATTOCK: The District Police Officer Attock on Tuesday suspended a Sub Inspector and charge sheet was issued to station house officer.
Police sources said that District Police Officer Attock Dr. Sardar Ghiyas Gul Khan immediately suspended Sub-Inspector Aizaz Ali posted at Jand police station for keeping a poor person including a loader rickshaw in the police station and taking a bribe to leave Sub-Inspector Aizaz Ali.
SHO Jand Inspector Qamar Sultan while issuing a charge sheet for poor supervision ordered SP Investigation Attock to complete the inquiry of both police officers in 7 days so that the culprits are punished according to law.
On this occasion DPO Attock said that there is no room for black sheep in the police department.
Strict accountability process is going on in Attock police, the police spokesman said.
