MUZAFFARGARH:The police on Friday arrested swindlers while they attempted to flee after cheating shopkeeper at Sandeela chowk in limits of Sadar Police Station.
According to shop owner namely Nazir, two swindlers entered in his easypaisa shop and made easypaisa worth Rs 300,000 through different mobile numbers. When, he said, he asked for submitting required amount from accused persons after money transfer, they tried to fled which was halted by the surrounding shopkeepers and they held him.
The police reached on the spot upon call at 15 and held them. They were sent to lock-up with further investigation was underway.
