Muzaffargarh:Two preteens were drowned into Chenab River while playing at the bank of the river near Rangpur area on Wednesday.
According to Rescue 1122 sources, eight-year old Hamna d/o Muhammad Shabir and nine-year old Sufiyan s/o Mushtaq Ahmed residents of Sarwerwala Rangpur were playing at the bank of the Chenab River.
All of a sudden, they slipped and fell down into the river.
Receiving information, the rescue teams reached the spot and started search operation to recover the kids, however, the kids have not been recovered till filing of the story.
