Wah cantt:: City Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera and Deputy Commissioner Captain (Retd) Nadeem Nasir visited Taxila and reviewed security arrangements at the city’s entry points, officials said.
During the visit, the officers inspected security measures and issued necessary directions to the police and administrative officials concerned to further strengthen security arrangements.
The officials said comprehensive measures were being taken to protect citizens and maintain law and order in the city.
They stressed that the safety of residents and maintenance of peace would be ensured at all costs.
The officers further directed the relevant departments to take all necessary measures to ensure the supremacy of law and its effective enforcement, officials said.
