LAHORE:The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) aiming promotion of the tourism sector in domestic and international markets.
In this regard, the organizations would collectively arrange events to promote culture and heritage of the country, said a press release issued here. The proposed events include international and domestic exhibitions, seminars, webinars, conferences, and e-commerce training that will enable both the organizations to promote tourism and attract international tourists to Pakistan.
According to the agreement , the both parties will arrange seminars and conferences on various
topics, including heritage, culture, conservation besides promoting tourism in the country.
