QUETTA:Central Leader of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and President of PPP District Hub Mir Ali Hassan Zehri Friday said that casting the vote was a national trust and duty and its correct use was the right and responsibility of every citizen. We can make better decisions for the future by casting a vote rightly, he said in a statement issued here.
The PPP leader said through voting, we can choose sincere leadership and representatives for the future saying that the PPP had always respected its voters and this was the reason why the party was the most popular party of the people.
After Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed, the enthusiastic leadership of Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the zealous workers of the Party have made the party the strongest party and the PPP will win in the upcoming election, he noted.
Mir Ali Hassan Zehri also said,”We decide our good and bad only through voting in the elections adding that with the right use of vote, good and sincere leadership can be brought, while on the other hand, wrong people can also come to the assemblies with wrong use.
Therefore, the development of the country the people should elect sincere leadership for the national prosperity. Proper use of vote is very important and it is need of the time to highlight the importance of exercising the right to vote in the society, he said.
Mir Ali Hassan Zehri further said that women population was more than half of the population in Pakistan and the importance of their vote was unquestionable and women can play an important role in electing their representatives and sincere leadership for the country.
He said that in developed countries, the vote was not just a slip, rather it was setting of the destiny of the country and the nation. But unfortunately, the turnout of the vote is very low in our country as the people feel shy from participating in the election process, he added.
