PESHAWAR:Water and Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Mardan and Malik Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide fruit and other ornamental plants for plantation in different areas of Mardan City.
Chief Executive Officer WSSC Mardan, Engineer Amir Khan Mohmand and President of Malik Foundation, Syed Sher Shah inked MoU. General Manager Engineer Muhammad Khalil Akbar, Assistant Manager Customer Relations Rahatullah and Malik Foundation’s Chairman Dr. Muhammad Junaid and member Muhammad Qasim were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Executive Officer Engineer Amir Khan Mohmand said,”Increasing forest is very important for survival of life besides minimizing environmental pollution and preventing urban flooding.”
He said”Clean and Green Pakistan is our mission and all available resources would be used to achieve the goal.”
President Malik Foundation Syed Sher Shah said that during the last three years thousands of free plants have been distributed among the citizens with an aim to make environment clean and green.
