KARACHI: Sindh Tennis Association will organize 64th Sindh Sports Board –STA Development Series Sindh Ranking Tennis Championships at Union Club Karachi from Saturday, November 13th.
Sports Department Government of Sindh is sponsoring the championships, Pakistan Soft Tennis Association and Para Sports Pakistan are providing technical assistance, according to STA Senior Vice President Muhammad Khalid Rehmani on Wednesday.
Events include Men’s Singles, men’s Doubles, Juniors 17 Singles, Under 15 Singles, & Doubles, Under 13 Singles, Under 11 Singles Under 9 Singles, Wheelchair Men’s Singles, Soft Tennis Men’s Singles, Soft Tennis Ladies Singles, Beach Tennis Men’s Singles, Beach Tennis Men’s Doubles Beach Tennis and Ladies Singles.
Under 9 Singles shall be played on a mini court with modified green Dot Balls.
Beach tennis Events shall be played on Sunday, November 14th at Clifton Beach.
The equipment of Beach Tennis is sent to PTF by the International Tennis Federation. The world-famous Beach tennis equipment company SANDEVER has sponsored beach tennis equipment.
All outstation players shall be entitled to traveling and daily allowance as per STA rules.
