ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday announced the schedule for delimitation of constituencies for holding local government (LG) elections in Balochistan. Under the schedule issued, the administrative arrangements delimitation process would be completed from December 6 to 20. Preliminary lists of Union Councils/ wards would be completed from Dec 21 to Jan 19. Preliminary lists of Union Councils/ ward would be published on Jan 20. Concerned voters could file objections from Jan 21 to Feb 04 before delimitation authority. The disposal of objections would be done by delimitation authorities from Jan 21 to Feb 19. The decisions of delimitation authority would be conveyed to delimitation committees from Feb 20 to February 26. The final publication of the lists of constituencies/wards would be done on February 28.
