District Admn organizes rallies to mark “Kashmir Black Day”

HYDERABAD: District Administration Matiari on Wednesday organized “Kashmir Black Day” rallies to express solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) facing Indian brutalities and atrocities and gross human rights violation.

The main rally led by Assistant Commissioner Matiari Abdul Majeed Zuhrani, was taken out from DC office which was participated by District Officers Ghulam Sawar Mallah, DHO Irshad Qureshi, ADHO Dr Imtiaz Kaka, Additional Director Agriculture Rafiq Rahu, ADHO Dr Ram Lohana, Additional Director Social Welfare Rafiq Jamali and others.

Addressing the rally, AC Matiari said self-determination was a fundamental right of Kashmiri people and it must be granted to them in accordance with the UN Resolutions.

He said that objective of observing the black day on October 27 was only to deliver a message to the Indian government that Pakistan would continue support to the innocent Kashmiris at all forums.

Meanwhile, black day rallies were taken out from Hala and Saeedabad led by Assistant Commissioners Naveed Mirani and Salmon Ayub respectively, in which people belonging to all walks of life participated.

The rallies participants chanted slogans against state terrorism by Indian government against Kashmiris and demanded the United Nations (UN), Organization of Islamic Corporation (OIC) and other international organizations for playing their due role to stop Indian terrorism in the occupied Kashmir valley.
