FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) on Wednesday auctioned its old and redundant vehicles and other material for Rs 100 million. FESCO spokesman said that more than 100 companies participated in the open auction to purchase cranes, Hi-ace vans, power transformers, trolleys, capacitors, conductors, drums, insulators, cables, transformer oil, MDI meters, PVC scarp, tyres & tubes, batteries, etc. The FESCO has so far collected revenue of Rs 25 million in advance today from the successful bidders while remaining amount would be received within stipulated period, he added.
