FAISALABAD: A body of a young man was recovered from a canal in the area of Lundianwala police station.
Police said here on Thursday that some passers-by spotted a corpse floating in the distributary of Gogera branch Canal near Chak No.651/2 and informed the area police.
The police took the body into custody and shifted it to mortuary for postmortem.
The search for the victim identification and family was underway, said police.
