MULTAN:Assistant Director Social Welfare Department and Bait-ul-Maal, Nand Laal Tuesday lauded the role of social organizations, working for betterment and welfare of masses.
Talking to a delegation led by Chairman, Dar-ul-Aman Shahid Mahmood Ansari, he observed that the department would continue to facilitate welfare activities.
The department would also patronize such organizations at all level. Shahid Ansari also briefed that his organization established “Deewar-e-Ehsas” to provide clothes to the poor.
Similarly, it was also working for prevention of violence against children and women. Civil Society Forum also created awareness about vaccination against coronavirus, dengue, polio and traffic rules and regulation.
On this occasion, Hakeem Iqbal Khan, Chaudhary Mansoor Ahmed, and Hanif Lal were also present.
