FAISALABAD:The district police on Friday promoted 68 cops including 28 assistant sub-inspectors (ASI) and 40 head constables in sixth departmental promotion committee meeting held here.
The meeting was chaired by RPO Dr. Muhammad Abid Khan while CPO Faisalabad Usman Akram Gondal and DPOs of other three districts of the region were present in the meeting.
The members of committee approved promotions of 28 ASIs to the rank of sub-inspectors and 40 head constables to the rank of ASIs.
