DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Assistant Commissioner (AC) Tehsil Prova, Karamatullah on Thursday paid a visit to the Basic Health Unit(BHU) at Gomal University, to inspect healthcare facilities for people.
The AC also visited various sections and met with the staff to discuss various matters, including medical facilities and the availability of medicines.
He said that district administration was making an all-out effort to extend relief to people and no negligence would be tolerated in that regard.
Meanwhile, Assistant Commissioner Pharpur, Aneeq Anwar inspected the irrigation system being constructed under the Annual Development Programme (ADP).
During the visit, the AC examined various portions of the system and directed the officials concerned to expedite efforts to complete the scheme within the stipulated time frame.
He said that no compromise would be made on the quality of work and it should be completed as per the expectations of the people of the area.
