Azadi March cases: Court reserves judgment on acquittal pleas of Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi

ISLAMABAD: Local court of Islamabad has reserved the decision on acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Azadi March cases.

Judicial magistrate Yasir Mehmood heard acquittal pleas Thursday.

The court reserved judgment in both the cases registered in Police station Aabpara.

The counsels for PTI appeared in the court taking the plea FIR was not got registered by competent authority. There is no possibility of conviction even if trial is conducted. Prosecution has no evidence except flags.

The court reserved judgment following completion of arguments on acquittal pleas of PTI founder. Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Faisal Javed.
