Faisalabad: As per the vision of CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the beautification work is being completed at a fast pace in the city.
In this regard, Faisalabad Waste Management Company (FWMC) is painting waste bins/containers.
The Chief Executive Officer Rauf Ahmed said here Wednesday that out of total 2300 containers, over 400 have so far been painted with green colour while the contractor has been assigned the target of painting minimum 200 containers.
Similarly, the renovation of a 1km long footpath alongside canal road from Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan is also being completed by installing colorful tiles.
Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar said that travelers on canal road will see a beautiful view after completion of the beautification work.
