Quetta: A team from the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) visited the Provincial Institute for Teacher Education (PITE) where a comprehensive awareness session was organized to highlight BEEF’s scholarship programs and policies.
More than 40 master trainers of PITE attended the session, which aimed to promote awareness about scholarship opportunities and ensure effective dissemination of information to students across Balochistan. During the briefing, details were shared regarding the eligibility criteria, scope, and benefits of various BEEF scholarship schemes.
Director PITE, Fatima Munir, appreciated the initiatives taken by BEEF and paid tribute to the efforts of CEO BEEF, Khalid Mandai. She particularly acknowledged the scholarships provided for students enrolled in the Associate Degree in Education (ADE) program under PITE, terming them a significant step towards supporting teacher education.
The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, where participants sought clarifications on different aspects of BEEF’s scholarship programs and policies.
It was mutually agreed that cooperation between BEEF and PITE will be further strengthened to jointly promote scholarship opportunities across the province, ensuring that more deserving and talented students benefit from these educational initiatives.
