KARACHI:The Businessmen Panel has unanimously finalized the name of Muhammad Ali Sheikh as their candidate for President FPCCI for 2023 and Haji Ghani Usman for Senior Vice President and Rafique Suleman for VP on the associations seat.
In a high-profile meeting in Karachi under the leadership of BMP’s Patron-in-Chief Sultan Chawla and BMP Group Chairman Mian Anjum Nisar, Businessmen Panel acknowledged the performance of three consecutive presidents of FPCCI from BMP during 2020, 21 and 22.
They did their best for the promotion of trade and industry, and for the welfare of the business community as a whole, said statement from Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry on Friday.
BMP leaders were confident that BMP would clean sweep the upcoming elections scheduled in December 2022. That, BMP had earned reputation of the true representatives of trade and ndustry, and services in all sectors.
The meeting was attended by all senior members of BMP who included President FPCCI Irfan Iqbal Sheikh, General Secretary BMP Haji Ghulam Ali, Vice President Shabbir Mansha, immediate help past president Mian Naaser Hyatt Maggo, former president Zakaria Usman, former senior vice presidents Khawaja Shahzeb, Aslam Sheikh and Suleman Chawla,Chairman BMP Punjab, Nadeem Qureshi, Mirza Abdul Rehman, Sheikh Sultan Rehman, Amjad Rafi, Khurram Tariq Sayeed, Saqib Fayyaz Maggo, Qurban Ali, Fazal Ilahi and Muhammad Ali Mian.
