PESHAWAR: Modern bulletproof vehicles provided to Bannu police by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi have arrived at Bannu Police Lines to enhance the security and operational capabilities of police personnel.
The vehicles will help protect police personnel during counter-terrorism operations, particularly in high-risk areas, according to officials.
The provision of the armoured vehicles is aimed at strengthening the force’s operational capacity and enabling personnel to carry out security operations more effectively.
Officials expressed hope that the new vehicles would improve the response of Bannu police to security threats and support ongoing efforts to combat terrorism and maintain law and order in the region.
