Quetta: In a remarkable example of justice and humanity, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti hugged rickshaw driver Abdul Nabi Mengal and provided financial assistance for the purchase of a new rickshaw.
He also suspended the police officer involved in the misbehavior and ordered an investigation of the matter on Wednesday,
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti consoled rickshaw driver Abdul Nabi Mengal and hugged him, consoled him while expressed complete solidarity with him by kissing his forehead.
The CM said that police officers are the guardians of the service and dignity of the public and if any officer deviates from his duties, indiscriminate action would be taken against him.
He reiterated his resolve that the Balochistan government stands with the working and weaker sections of the society and effective steps could be taken to prevent such incidents.
