Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has strongly condemned the attempted drone attack in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, terming the incident deeply regrettable.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, she said the pain and anguish caused by an attack in a sacred place like Makkah Al-Mukarramah was unbearable for every Muslim.
She said Makkah Al-Mukarramah was the most sacred place for Muslims and held a unique place of reverence, devotion and love in the hearts of Muslims across the world.
