ISLAMABAD: An Accountability Court (AC) on Friday granted last opportunity to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for submission of comments in acquittal plea of accused from graft reference pertaining illegal allotment of Bagh Ibn e Qasim’s land.
AC-I Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the reference connected with fake bank accounts scam.
The court noted that the anti graft body had not submitted reply so far on acquittal pleas of the accused.
The judge remarked that this would be last opportunity to the bureau for submission of written stance. Further hearing of the case was adjourned till August 31.
