Kabul: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister (DPM/FM), Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday arrived in Kabul, Afghanistan, for the signing of the trilateral Framework Agreement on Joint Feasibility Study for the Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan (UAP) Railway Project. He is accompanied by Minister for Railways, Special Representative for Afghanistan, and Secretary Railways, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs news release said.
