Chiniot: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ayesha Rizwan visited the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Chiniot, where she reviewed medical and administrative affairs, facilities being provided to patients, and safety measures at the hospital in detail.
According to DC office. the DC visited various wards of the hospital, met patients, and inquired about the treatment facilities, availability of medicines, and the attitude of the medical staff.
She directed the hospital administration to ensure the timely provision of quality healthcare facilities to patients and said that there should be no disruption in the availability of medicines.
Ayesha also reviewed the safety arrangements made at the hospital to deal with any untoward situation.
She inspected emergency exit points, evacuation arrangements in case of emergencies, and other safety measures, and directed the concerned officers to further improve the arrangements.
She said that all necessary measures should remain in place to facilitate patients, improve treatment arrangements, and effectively deal with any emergency situation. Medical Superintendent Dr. Umair and other concerned officers were also present on the occasion.
