Quetta: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Barkhan Abdullah Khosa directed concerned officials to utilize all available resources for betterment of education system.
He said that no negligence would be tolerated in this context.
He expressed these views on Tuesday while chairing a meeting of district education group in which affairs of education, performance of official schools and education plan were reviewed in detail.
The meeting was attended by district education Officer Naveed Latif, district officer education Syed Ameer Shah and other concerned officials.
Teachers attendance in schools, students’ enrolment, improvement of quality education, provision of basic facilities and utilizing transparency of official funds came under dissociation during the meeting.
Deputy Commissioner said that standard of education is foundation of durable development of the area saying that therefore, the processes of field monitoring would make further effective and to ensure addressing of public legal complaints on time which would help provision of facilities to people in the area.
He said that it was responsibility of administration to provide basic amenities to people in the area.
