ABBOTTABAD:Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Khalid Iqbal Wednesday chaired a meeting of the Scrutiny Committee for the registration of Shimla Hill Housing Society at the DC office in Abbottabad.
During the meeting, various matters pertaining to the registration of Shimla Hill Housing Society were discussed. Additional Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad, Jabriel Raza, briefed the DC about the requirements.
Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO) Shakeel Hayat also provided a briefing on completing the legal formalities from the Technical Committee’s perspective.
DC issued instructions to all relevant departments to ensure compliance with the law and expedite the completion of all requirements related to the society’s registration.
ADC General Jabriel Raza, AC Saqib Salim, TMO Abbottabad Shakeel Hayat, AD Local Government Hameed Khan, AD Muhammad Junaid, District Architect TMA Abbottabad, District Director Agriculture Zaheer Ahmed, XEN WAPDA Zahid Hussain Shah, SDO Irrigation Zafarullah Khan, Inspector Environment Protection Agency, Tariq Ikram, Planning Officer Finance and Planning Wing, and other officials participated in the meeting.
