ISLAMABAD:In order to facilitate residents of Islamabad, Deputy Commissioner Irfan Nawaz Memon has directed the excise staff to be presented in the parking of Trail 3 from 3 to 5 pm on Thursday, for the registration, transfer, and token tax of vehicles.
This initiative is part of the Deputy Commissioner’s efforts to make it easier for Islamabad residents to access government services. By having the excise staff present in a convenient location, residents will be able to complete all of their vehicle-related needs in one place.
In addition to the excise staff, the Facilitation Center Doorstep ICT Vehicle will also be present to provide a variety of other services, such as Domicile Certificate, Birth Certificate, Power of Attorney, International Driving Permit, Fuel Permit (Domestic/Commercial), and Motor Vehicle Registration.
This one-stop-shop approach is sure to save Islamabad residents time and hassle. With all of the necessary services available in one place, residents will be able to quickly and easily complete their vehicle-related tasks.
The Deputy Commissioner’s initiative is a commendable step towards making government services more accessible and efficient.
It is hoped that this initiative will be successful and that it will be replicated in other parts of the country.
