ISLAMABAD:The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday reinstated Dr. Shahid Baig as Chairman of the Pakistan Science Foundation.
IHC’s Justice Saman Raffat Imtiaz announced the verdict after hearing arguments from the respondents. The court also terminated an order for sending the petitioner on leave forcibly.
It may be mentioned here that the petitioner was sent on forced leave on August 7, and a joint secretary was given additional charge of the said post.
