Dera ismail khan: Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan Upper Asmatullah Wazir has resolved to continue efforts for resolving peoples’ problems at their doorstep.
He was holding meetings with local people of the area under ‘open door policy’ in line with directions of the provincial government.
According to the administration during these meetings, citizens from various areas of the district presented their issues and applications directly to the deputy commissioner.
The DC listened to the problems of the participants and issued necessary instructions to the concerned departments for the prompt and effective resolution of their problems.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the purpose of the ‘open door policy’ was to establish direct communication between the public and the district administration.
He said that such initiatives helped ensure transparent, timely, and merit-based resolution of public issues, strengthening public trust in the administrative system.
