Tank: Deputy Commissioner Tank Jamshed Khan has directed the concerned officers to take effective measures for the timely resolution of public complaints besides ensuring improvement in basic facilities for the citizens.
He was chairing a meeting here to review service delivery and the performance of various government departments in the district.
The meeting was attended by the District Health Officer, Tehsil Municipal Officer, male and female education department officials, and representatives of other relevant departments.
The meeting reviewed the performance of government departments, the availability of public facilities, and the quality of services being provided to citizens.
He directed the officials concerned to take effective steps to extend relief to people by addressing their problems at the earliest.
He added that negligence in essential public services, particularly education, healthcare and sanitation, would not be tolerated.
He directed officials to perform their duties efficiently and responsibly while ensuring that public concerns were addressed promptly.
The meeting also emphasized stronger coordination among government departments and regular follow-up to ensure the timely resolution of citizens’ complaints and improve overall service delivery in the district.
