Islamabad::Director General Radio Pakistan Saeed Ahmad Sheikh on Sunday stressed for comprehensive strategy and planning to address the financial issues of Radio Pakistan.
He was addressing a ceremony to mark 49th anniversary of Radio Pakistan Bahawalpur, said a press release issued here.
He said that various proposals were under consideration to meet the financial needs of the institution.
The Director General added that current government had approved the Radio Pakistan Website for digital advertisement.
He said that new transmitters were being installed in Quetta and Khuzdar at the cost of over Rs 2.5 billion.
