SARGODHA: Director General Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Tauqeer Haider Kazmi visited Khushab Road, Jail Road, and Kachehri Road on Sunday to review the affected plants due to the recent heat wave in Sargodha, apart from changing the affected plants.
During the visit, he reviewed the ongoing projects under the PHA and directed the concerned officials to complete all the projects within the stipulated time, saying that negligence in this regard would not be tolerated. He said that environmental change could only be possible if the people take care of the plants planted in their homes, streets and neighborhoods and grow them.
On this occasion, Deputy Director Admin Shafiqur Rahman Niazi briefed him about the ongoing projects on parks and green belts and the replacement of plants affected by the heat wave.
