MIRPURKHAS Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) Director General Naeem Ahmed Mughal led an inspection operation on Wednesday to ensure that industrial facilities in Mirpurkhas complied with environmental laws.
The inspection team visited various industrial facilities in the industrial area and issued warnings to a number of factories for specific environmental violations.
SEPA spokesperson said that the agency was committed to protecting the environment and would continue to take strict action against those who violated environmental laws.
Assistant Director Ali Muhammad Rind, acting Director Technical Abdul Aziz Mehar and Chemist Shahid ur Rehman were present during the inspection operation.
