Abbottabad: Acting on the special directives of the Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad under the provincial government’s good governance roadmap, teams supervised by the Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad conducted inspections of schools following complaints about violations of the winter vacation notification.
During the operation, two schools were sealed for calling young children to classes despite the officially announced winter holidays.
Officials said that earlier at the beginning of this month, several well-known and prominent schools in Abbottabad were also sealed for similar violations of the winter vacation orders. The repeated actions reflect the district administration’s firm stance and commitment to enforcing government notifications without discrimination.
The district administration reiterated that there would be no mercy for any institution found violating official directives, emphasizing that the protection of children’s welfare and strict implementation of government policies remain a top priority. Further inspections will continue, and strict action will be taken against any school found defying the winter vacation notification.
