SIALKOT:On the instructions of District Police Officer Sialkot Captain (Retd) Dost Muhammad, station house officers (SHOs) across the district will remain present in their offices daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Citizens can directly meet the SHO of their respective police station during these designated
hours to discuss their complaints, concerns, and other police-related matters, a police release said on Thursday.
The purpose of this initiative is to ensure prompt, effective, and transparent resolution of citizens’ issues and complaints at the police station level, provide timely relief to the public, and further improve the public service delivery system by making it more efficient, proactive, and citizen-friendly.
