KOLAI PALIS: District Police Officer (DPO) Kolai Palis Muhammad Sulman Khan Monday made Koz Paro Police Station functional which was approved long time ago but could not start its operation due to the non-availability of the building.
After provision of the alternative building Koz Paro police station has been started while the new building is still under construction.
Keeping in view the security and issues related to the current local body elections, the DPO Kolai Palis Muhammad Suleiman Khan operationalized Koz Paro police station and also deployed the staff. SHO Jahanzeb Khan, Cadet Barkat and other staff have established the police station in a short span of time.
The people of Union Council Paro, Kohat Kot, Shrid and Union Council Pech Bela will be benefited from the Koz Paro police station and their issues would be resolved on their doorstep while police of the district would be able to control the crimes in the area.
DPO Koli Pals Kohistan also visited Koz Paro and inspected police Station building and met the locals.
On the occasion, he directed SHO Koz Paro and his staff to carry out search and strike operations including arrest of criminals and play their key role in bridging the gap between the police and the public and restoring public confidence.
