Muzaffargarh: At least four schoolchildren were injured when a motorcycle-rickshaw carrying students overturned near Batti Nallah in the Shehar Sultan area on Tuesday.
According to a spokesperson, the accident occurred when a young girl suddenly appeared in front of the vehicle, forcing the driver to apply emergency brakes, which caused the rickshaw to lose control and flip over.
Upon receiving the emergency call, a Rescue 1122 team reached the spot, provided first aid to the victims, and shifted them to the Rural Health Centre, Shehar Sultan, for further treatment.
The injured students were identified as Muhammad Asad (12), Mehreen (14), Muhammad Waqas (12), and Muhammad Hussain (12), all studying at Apex Grammar School.
