Larkana: According to the instructions and orders issued by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Larkana Azhar Khan (PSP), Larkana Police carried out operations against drug dealers as well as accused involved in murder cases and absconding suspects on Saturday.
09 habitual criminals involved in murder, looting, and drug trafficking were arrested. Weapons, narcotics, and a motorcycle without documents were recovered. DSP Baqrani/Aqil Khalid Hussain Memon conducted operations against fugitive accused in the katcha areas of Narai Mirbahr, Aqil Pir Sher, and adjoining areas.
By Larkana Police, during the ongoing operations, police camps have also been established at the hideouts/residences of accused absconding in murder cases. Within the jurisdiction of Aqil Police Station, from the area of Maso Hub Road, accused Roshan Khuhro, involved in a murder case and in hiding, has been arrested.
Within the jurisdiction of Ratodero Police Station, from the area of Mawa Bazaar, wanted accused Abdul Ghaffar Arain has been arrested along with an unlicensed pistol and bullets. Within the jurisdiction of Mahota Police Station, from the area of Iqbal Town, wanted accused Amanullah Dahani has been arrested.
Within the jurisdiction of Allahabad Police Station, drug dealer accused Saleem alias Bablu Abro has been arrested along with more than ten kilograms (10,500 grams) of cannabis/bhang.
Market Police has arrested three accused involved in a murder case-Mushtaq Sheikh, Abdul Qadir Kori, and Shahzoor Khuhawar-along with two accused drug dealers, Sardar Chandio and Nazim Chandio, red-handed with 26 grams of heroin. Further legal and procedural actions, including interrogation of the arrested accused, are ongoing.
