PESHAWAR: The main accused arrested in Badber tragedy appeared in ATC Court Judge Usman Bashir and the court handed over the accused to the police on a five-day physical remand here on Friday.
The accused was produced before ATC Judge Usman Bashir and given the remand of the main accused of the Badaber tragedy. The accused identified as Yar-ul-Rehman, who is allegedly involved in killing 8 people on June 25, the investigating officer told media men here outside the court.
The suspect has confessed to killing 8 people before the Police, the investigating officer disclosed. He said that 6 suspects have already been arrested in the Badaber tragedy case and three accused are in jail on 14-day physical remand. He said that three accused have been handed over to the police on 5-day physical remand by the court.
