Minister extends heartfelt congratulations to nation on Pakistan’s 80th Independence Day


Islamabad: Federal Minister for Public Affairs Rana Mubashir Iqbal has extended his warmest greetings and heartfelt congratulations to the people of Pakistan on the auspicious occasion of the country’s 80th Independence Day.



In his message, the minister said that ‘August 14 is not only a day of celebration but also a solemn reminder of the sacrifices rendered by our forefathers for the creation of Pakistan. Their vision, unity, and determination gifted us a homeland where we could live with freedom, dignity, and justice.’



He emphasized that Independence Day should inspire every Pakistani to work with renewed zeal for the progress, prosperity, and stability of the motherland. ‘This is the time to strengthen our unity, uphold the values of democracy, and contribute positively to building a stronger and self-reliant Pakistan. Let us pledge to transform the dreams of our founding fathers into reality by fostering harmony, tolerance, and national pride,’ the minister added.



Concluding his message, Rana Mubashir Iqbal paid tribute to overseas Pakistanis for their contributions and love for the country, stating that the entire Pakistani diaspora remains an integral part of the nation’s journey towards development and progress.
