Rawalpindi: In line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister, Rawalpindi Police have taken steps to provide police services to citizens at their doorsteps through special Pink Mobile Units and Blue Mobile Police Station vans.
According to police spokesperson, the mobile units will operate in different areas of Rawalpindi according to the scheduled routes. Citizens will be able to access various police services at their locations, including online FIR registration, e-tagging, character verification, driving licence services and tenant registration.
The mobile units will ensure quick and convenient access to police services, particularly for women, without calling them to visit police stations, police spokesperson added.
