Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday praised security forces for killing seven militants in an intelligence-based operation in North Waziristan, commending their commitment and professional capabilities in the fight against terrorism.
In a statement, the interior minister appreciated the security forces for conducting the operation and eliminating seven militants.
Naqvi said the nation stood with its security forces in their efforts to eliminate terrorism from the country. He expressed confidence in their commitment to maintaining security and combating terrorist threats.
‘Khwarij will not find any place to hide,’ the minister said, reaffirming the government’s resolve to continue action against militants.
He said indiscriminate operations against terrorists were underway under the “Azm-e-Istehkam” vision and would continue in the future.
The minister reiterated that security forces would maintain their efforts against terrorist elements as part of the ongoing campaign to eliminate terrorism.
Naqvi also praised the determination and professional capabilities of the security personnel involved in the operation, in which seven militants were killed.
He said the nation remained alongside the security forces in their fight against terrorism and supported their efforts to establish lasting security across the country.
