SIALKOT: Newly appointed Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Capt (R) Shah Mir Iqbal has taken over the charge of his office here on Wednesday. Deputy Commissioner Capt (Rtd) Shah Mir Iqbal belongs to Pakistan Administrative Services, earlier he was posted as Additional Director General LDA Lahore, while he has also served as Additional Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner in various districts. After assuming the office, Shah Mir Iqbal had an introductory meeting with Additional Deputy Commissioners Muhammad Iqbal, Syed Asad Raza Kazmi, Assistant Commissioners (ACs) Ghulam Sarwar, Qamar Mehmood Manj, Faisal Ahmed, Ahsan Mumtaz, CEO Education Maroof Ahmed, CEO Health Dr Rehan including the district heads of government departments. He visited various branches of the DC office and made recommendations regarding the services provided to the citizens, while visiting different parts of the city and also reviewed the cleanliness situation.
