Lahore: Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) Commissioner Zulfiqar Ali Kharl reviewed the ongoing distribution of Maryam Nawaz Ration Cards under the Punjab Chief Minister’s Worker-Friendly Program during a meeting held here on Wednesday.
During the meeting, detailed briefings were provided on the progress of the ration card distribution across the province.
The Commissioner directed that the distribution pace be further accelerated in all districts to ensure that every registered worker receives their ration card on time. All directorates were instructed to maintain strict vigilance to avoid any negligence in the process.
Zulfiqar Ali Kharl emphasized that strict action would be taken against officers and staff found responsible for poor performance. The daily review mechanism has been instituted to ensure that the benefits of the Chief Minister’s Worker-Friendly Program reach every registered worker without delay.
