Quetta: Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) on Tuesday announced to close its various grid stations for repairing and development works from January 8.
According to QESCO, in this regard, on January 8, in connection with the repair work of the circuit breaker of Kharan Grid Station, 11KV from 11KV Qadirabad, Nouroz Kalat, Muhammad Khan, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Feeder would be closed from 9 am to 1 pm. Electricity supply will be suspended from 2 pm to 6 pm from City Two, Kalat, Darecha, Cadet College and Sharozi feeders of the grid station,B.
On the same day, electricity will be cut off from 9 am to 3 pm for the breaker and jumper work of Manjhoshori grid station.
As checking of the panel of Golestan Grid Station will be carried load shedding from 10 am to 3 pm from 11KV Shammozai, Faqir Kaka, Rehmanzai, Golestan Bagh, Golestan City to feeders. Apart from this, on January 9, electricity will be cut off from all the feeders of 66KV Hanna grid station from 10 am to 2 pm. on 10th January 132KV Passengerpur. I
nstallation of new conductors will be repaired on Zhob transmission line due to which power supply will be suspended from 8 am to 4 pm from all the feeders of Zhob grid station.
However, QESCO has appealed to the concerned consumers for apologies in advance and appeal to the concerned consumers for the inconvenience of power outage during these period.
